Remoulade Sauce
 
Use like a tartar sauce. Also goes great with avocado and crab.
2 1/2 Tbs    Yellow Mustard  
2 1/2   " Creole Mustard  
2 1/2   " prepared Horseradish  
2 1/2 tsp    Red apple cider vinegar  
1/2   " paprika  
1/2   " chili powder  
1/2   " salt  
1/8   " pepper  
1/2 cup    chopped celery  
1/2 cup    chopped white onion  
1   clove garlic  
1 pint    Hellmans light mayonnaise  
 
Mix all together and refrigerate. Best prepared a couple of hours before and even better if prepared the day before.
