| I call this "H.E.B. Pasta Salad" because I use some of thier store brand ingredients plus various selections from their olive bar. This is tuly just out there as an idea type thing. Make this your own by using ingredients you really like. I think what really makes this salad is the dressing combination. |

Golden Greek Peperoncini (by the jarred olives) |

| 1/2 cup |
|
chopped bell peppers - any variety works including grilled |
|
| 1/4 cup |
|
marinated artichokes |
|
| 1/4 cup |
|
rough chopped red onions |

| 1/4 cup |

HEB store brand creamy balsamic vinegar dressing (found over in the refrigerated produce section |
|
| 1/8 cup |
|
Newman's Own Balsamic vinaigrette |

| 1/4 cup |
|
grated parmesan cheese |
|
| 1 Tbs |
|
Italian Seasoning |
|
| 4 oz |
|
cooked Barilla Plus Penne Pasta |

| 4 oz |
|
cooked Barilla Plus Rotini Pasta |

| Cook pasta according to package. Let cool.
Combine HEB creamy balsamic, Newman's Own Balsamic Vinaigrette, Grated parmessan and italian seasoning.
In a large bowl, mix pasta and all the veggies. Add dressing and mix well.
You can serve this warm or cold, I prefer cold. |
