Pour 2 beers in a grill friendly pot or foil pan. Throw in the chopped onion, bell pepper, celery salt and the brauts. Bring the beer to a simmer. Don't let it boil, you'll split the brauts. When steam begins to rise from the top of the liquid, it's just right. Simmer the brauts for 20 minutes. Throw out the beer but strain out the onions and pepper mixture. Grill brauts turning often until golden brown on all sides, about 10-minutes if you have pre-simmered them. Serve on buns with the veggies and some good deli- mustard. |
